Mr. P recently decided he absolutely had to buy himself a digital camera and has been asking my advice. So the last couple of days we have been looking at the reviews for various models on the internet and he finally settled on a newer version of the Sony Cybershot which I have. In a rush of excitement he went to town this morning to buy it, but it seems it was not for him ... it was for me!
What a dear, sweet man he is, I am so incredibly lucky and feel quite overwhelmed by his kindness. So now I have been upgraded from 3.2 mega pixels to an extraordinary 7.2 mega pixels because he wants me to be able to take even better photos for my blog! This man of mine never ceases to amaze me :)

I made these and they were really delicious, more moist than the apple cinammon muffins i usually make. they are now in the "little pink book" as firm favourites. Will be making another batch this afternoon for tomorrows breakfast.
